Window tinting for cars step-by-step professional process
In our specialist centres we follow a detailed process to ensure a long-lasting and flawless result.
First we remove any interior parts that might interfere with the film application and protect all sensitive areas inside the car. Then we carry out a thorough cleaning of the glass both inside and out to remove any dust or residue that could affect adhesion.
Next we place the film on the outside of the glass to mark the shape and cut it precisely. We apply a special water and soap solution to the glass surface to help position the film correctly.
Using a heat gun we shape the film at around 300 degrees adapting it to the curve of the window and smoothing it out with a special squeegee. Once fitted we trim the excess and proceed with the interior installation.
We remove the protective layer spray the inside of the glass and apply the film from the centre outwards to ensure a bubble-free finish
Finally we check the work clean the area and allow it to dry fully. At Ralarsa we provide an official certificate with all technical details of the film the date and location of the installation vehicle information and workshop data.
